I have always google-d for answers to tech issues that I face day-to-day. Sometimes, while I don't find any answers, I had to come up with my own set of answers. As such, this is a location for others to view and get the information I have learned as a way for me to contribute back to the E-Society. Hi Everyone, We just found a problem. Please do not use special characters for the cases in Hesk.
Especially #$%^&*().

It will cause pretty weird happenings in the email alerts.
